Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to be ship. Once payment and order items has been received, your item(s) are in the production phrase (made to order).
 
MODIFY ITEM
You can modify all orders by contacting us at (754) 222-3043 or email dennishamcthaydesigns@gmail.com in the subject line please include "Modify Item".
 
RUSH ORDER
Rush orders and overnight shipping is available. Please contact us at (754) 222-2043 to expedite your order. There is a rush charge fee that does not include shipping.
 
RETURN POLICY
Please note that all sales are FINAL SALE.
 
    HANDBAG RETURNS
Returns are acceptable within 5 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt.
 
 NO CASH REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY!
If return item(s) is after time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
 
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail.
 
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom designs are non-refundable once leather/fabric is cut.
Exchange or store credits are allowed ONLY if item(s) is not what you approved via email such as the size, style, color or shape.
 
  PLEASE NOTE: Pictures sometimes are not exact. The color may be slightly different. We do our best to match item(s) as close to color as possible.
 
If you send a photo of a dress or shoe for us to custom match, and you approve it, we are no longer responsible if the color is not the exact match once you receive the item.
CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
 
DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)
If you received an item(s) that is defective or damage due to shipping, you MUST contact us within 3 days in order to receive a new item(s).
 We are not responsible for defective item(s) left in extreme heat. Extreme heat may cause distortion on leather. Leather is a heat sensitive item.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you place your order(s) you can cancel for any reason. You may make changes to the order within 24 hours. Any changes must be emailed to: dennishamcthaydesigns@gmail.com.Please include in the subject line "Order Change".
